These type of bearing are  made of low carbon steel , copper or tinsintered in outsidesutface.It consists of a specially designed surfacelayer of PTFEformulationsand is specifically applied for the high PVvalue of gearpump bearing.It can work on the condition of semi-dry.It's used inmedium,high-pressure gear pump, ram pump, vane pumps etc.
