It's made of low carbon steel , copper or tin sintered in outside sutface.It consists of a specially designed surface layer of PTFE formulationsand is specifically applied for the high PV value of gear pump bearing.It can work on the condition of semi-dry. It's used in medium,high-pressure gear pump, ram pump, vane pumps etc.
